Licensed Mental Health Therapist 

 

We are looking for licensed contract clinicians (LCPC, LPC, LGPC, LCSW-C) to join our growing practice. We are currently seeking an individual therapist and a couples counselor. Our practice specializes in working with individuals, couples and families and we take great pride in creating a supportive environment with individualized care for each client. We strive to support every clinician in various ways which allows them to focus on providing exceptional psychotherapy, while we take care of all things on the administrative side.

 

We are seeking individuals who have a passion and commitment to the field of counseling and attending to the care of their clients but also a balance of self care for themselves. We also value professional development and a continuous drive to growth in the field by way of literature, audio, and or training (virtual/in-person).

 

Minimum Qualifications/Job Details Include: 

  • A Masters degree and a license to practice counseling in Maryland and or District of Columbia. 

  • Our clinicians are given schedule autonomy in order to align your schedule to best suit your life and preferences. With this, working hours are quite flexible. 

  • This person will work independently but with as much support as needed. 

  • We are seeking candidates who are kind, compassionate, and professional.

  • Maintain up to date records which will require caseload management, note taking, chart maintenance, and client correspondence.

  • Appropriately maintain commitments to both clients and ABP

  • Demonstrate innate characteristics of being Trustworthy, and Dependable

  • Abide by all applicable regulations include: ACA and/or NASW's Code of Ethics and applicable state laws to include MD Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists COMAR regulations.

  • Be a team player who is willing to be Innovative and Adaptable

  • Commitment to professional development and continuous growth in the field

 

We are a team-oriented practice looking for an individual who desires long-term placement. We understand that some individuals may want to simply acquire a “job” where they are not invested. Some may also want to own their own business in the near future and if that’s you it’s a beautiful thing and we want you to embrace it. 

 

However, we want to be upfront. We believe in investing in our clinicians, providing space for innovation, supporting their growth and journey, and allowing room for flexibility and autonomy. We value truth and investment and the ideal person for our practice values and seeks to invest and bring forth the same.

At this time the office is scheduling clients virtually via HIPAA compliant tele-health due to COVID-19. We will reassess in person sessions as a group
