Insurances Accepted: CareFirst, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna.
Please inquire for private pay rates. We believe that ultimately you should have full control over your process to include visit specifications. Some of these include confidentiality and flexibility. You are also afforded the ability of immediate services without the need to contact a third-party for prior-authorizations.
Some questions you may ask your insurance carrier:

FYI: Counseling (Psychotherapy) is based on the medical model where a diagnosis is given in order for insurance to be billed.
If we do not directly participate with your insurance - upon your request we can provide you with a superbill. This allows you to seek reimbursement for your counseling services. We cannot guarantee any specific amount of reimbursement or percentage as each insurance company varies.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. All fees are non-refundable.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the current cancellation fee established.
